Documents with process in the Folders view
In the Folders view, documents belonging to a category with an associated process can be identified because next to their name a cog icon appears with the name of the category that the document belongs to and the state the document is in.
If process states have an assigned color, documents in that state will appear against a background of the color assigned to that state.
